We are here in sunny Orange County and we have had one long warm sunny season in Orange County September 2020.  However, many of our Orange County children are not getting outside as they would under normal Orange County circumstances and this is a worry for Orange County and everyone who is no longer playing in the sun and getting their full share of Vitamin D sunshine.  Vitamin D Orange County is known by our school children as the Orange County sun vitamin because it is produced by our body’s skin when we are in the Orange County sun.  It only takes about 10 minutes of Orange County sunshine on the back of our hand to get our daily Orange County dose, but if one is staying inside every day going to Orange County “Zoom” school and watching our computer screens for 8 hours a day and then going to the couch to watch a little Orange County TV or to our Orange County phones to watch a little YouTube – we are not getting enough Orange County Vitamin D.

Vitamin D Orange County is a major player for our immune system in helping fight off Orange County disease and research has shown that it is very helpful in reducing the risk of Orange County multiple sclerosis in those people living in Orange County who might be prone to develop it.  Vitamin D Orange County is also shown in clinical studies to reduce depression – and Orange County Vitamin D has been shown to benefit people on a weight loss program – and how many of us are in need of Orange County reducing by a few pounds because of our eating habits, inside the house during Orange County Covid-19.

We need to take a walk in the Orange County sunshine.  We need to spend at least 10 Orange County minutes outside and we need to do this consciously because we are spending an inordinate amount of Orange County time indoors this year and we need to be alert for our Orange County Vitamin D deficiency.
